registered office is Singapore, You can contact us as per the
information provided under the “Contact Us” section below.
The data controller responsible for your personal data is Bettamint,
with whom you have contracted as a member or membership applicant.

In this privacy policy, the following definitions are used: Data includes
information that you submit to Bettamintvia the website, information
which is accessed by Bettamint pursuant to your visit to the website,
data provided by you or collected by us during your use any of the
services at the premises owned or operated by us, or when you register
on this site as a member/membership applicant, contact us through the
website for certain service(s) or make online bookings/payments for any
of our services through the site. Personal data means any information
that relates to you from which you can be identified; Cookies are a
small text file placed on your computer by this website when you either
visit or use certain features of the website; Data Protection Laws mean
any applicable laws relating to the processing of personal Data,
including the GDPR and the Information Technology Act, 2000, as amended
or substituted; GDPR is the General Data Protection Regulation (EU)

Bettamint collects data to operate this website. This privacy policy
(“Privacy Policy” or “this policy”) applies to
personal data that we collect from you as a user of this site or as a
subscriber applicant, subscriber or customer (“you” or
“your”). It also applies when we collect data from you when
you make a booking (including for job applications, KYC information,
location and address), or use any of the services within Application,
when you register on this site as a member/subscriber applicant, contact
us through the website for certain service(s) or make online
bookings/payments for any of our services through the site.
4. DATA COLLECTED
We may collect personal data that could allow you to be identified,
including:
- Account Creation: The personal details you provide when submitting
an account. This includes your name, address, e-mail address;
business address and phone number; gender and date of birth; proof
of date of birth in the form of a government-issued identification
card/birth certificate; country; a photograph of yourself;
information about your work and other information that you elect to
provide to support your application. We also collect information
about your debit/credit card and bank account information provided
by you to our payment service providers, that we require for the
purpose of recording and processing your membership application and
administering your membership. For further details please also refer
to the section below headed “Payment Information.”
- Location IInformation: When you secure a job, we collect information
such your contact details (such as you first and last name, mailing
address, e-mail address and telephone number), language preference,
credit card number or other payment account number, billing address
and other such information, account details, records and copies of
our correspondence, purchase history (including Check in and check
out of construction sites) (for further details please also refer to
the section below headed “Payment Information”).
- Other Information: Personal details you choose to give when
corresponding with us by phone or e-mail, participating in
user/customer/member surveys or otherwise visiting and interacting
with this site or any other websites we operate, and personal data
that you provide to us when you visit the club’s premises. We
can also combine personal data that you provide to us with other
information we collect about you when you make apurchases or
transactions through third-party services such as online Payment
gateways, merchant suppliers etc , as necessary to process your
requests.
- General Information: We may also collect other general information
such as your marital status, next of kin and emergency contact
information, National Insurance or TAX ID number/PAN card, bank
account details, payroll records and tax status information, driving
licence, grievance information, CCTV footage and other information
obtained through electronic means such as door access records, and
information about your use of our information and communications
systems. We may also collect sensitive personal data such as
information about your health, including but not limited to any
medical conditions, food allergies. Such data will only be used for
the purposes which we will explain at that time and seek your
explicit consent for. Depending on the circumstances, processing of
sensitive data about you may also be necessary to protect your or a
third party’s vital interest or for reasons of public interest
in the area of public health.
- Note: Some of the personal data we request is necessary for us to
perform our contract with you and/or to comply with our legal
obligations and if you do not wish to provide us with this personal
data, it will affect our ability to provide the services you request
to you. If the provision of your personal data is purely voluntary,
we will inform you accordingly and in such a case there will be no
implications for you if you do not wish to provide us with it.

use is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and

survey purposes and as part of our efforts to keep our site, network

competent authorities; enforce our General Club Rules/T&Cs;
protect our operations or those of any of our affiliated businesses;
protect our rights, safety or property, and/or that of our
affiliated businesses, you or others; and enforcing or defending
legal rights, or preventing damage.

consented to at the time of providing your data. We may use your
data for the above purposes if we deem it necessary to do so for our
legitimate interests. When we process your personal data for our
legitimate interests, we make sure to consider and balance any
potential impact on you, and your rights under data protection laws.

interests. We will not use your personal data for activities where
our interests are overridden by the impact on you, unless we have

processing or payment services (see the section below headed
“Payment Information”), (ii) credit reference agencies

contractors (e.g. data hosting providers or delivery partners) as
necessary to provide IT support and enable us to provide membership
services and other goods/services available on this site or to
members, (iv) web analytics providers, (v) providers of digital
advertising services and (vi) providers of CRM, marketing and sales
software solutions. Pursuant to our instructions, these parties may
access, process or store your personal data in the course of
performing their duties to us and solely in order to perform the
services we have hired them to provide;
- d. if we sell our business or our company assets are acquired by a
third party personal data held by us about our members, membership
applicants or customers may be one of the transferred assets;

response to a court order or a subpoena, a law enforcement or
quasi-judicial body or government agency's request or similar
request from industry bodies.
- f. We reserve the right to disclose and/or transfer the User
Information to our Partners in Singapore or outside Singapore. We
will comply with all relevant Data Protection legislation in
relation to the period for which we retain any information. We
usually do not share other personal data collected from the website
with other third parties. However, this may happen if:
- a. you request or authorise us to do so;
- b. we need to comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal

10. PAYMENT
INFORMATION
Any credit/debit card payments and other payments you make through our
site will be processed by our third-party payment providers and the
payment data you submit will be securely stored and encrypted by our
payment service providers using up to date industry standards. Please
note that we do not ourselves directly process or store the debit/credit
card data that you submit. We may arrange that card or payment data you
submit in support of user account or subscription fee is stored for the
purpose of processing your request, initiating your account and
collecting your subscription fees if your initial application is
successful (or if you are put on to a account creation waiting list,
please note that this data may be stored for later use to initiate your
membership and subscription). We store and use this card or payment
information for the purpose of processing any future payments that you
make as a user for additional goods and services. We will store this
data in accordance with our legal obligations under applicable law and
only for so long as legally permitted. You may choose to opt out of us
holding your card or payment data although this means that you will need
to re-supply us with card/payment details to initiate your account
subscription fee or for the purpose of making any future purchases.
11. CHILDREN
The website or application is not directed to children who are under the
age of 18 years. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children
who are under 18 years. If you have reason to believe that a child under
the age of 18 years has provided personal data to Bettamint through the
website please contact us and we will endeavour to delete that
information from our databases.
12. PERSONAL
DATA TRANSFERS/KEEPING DATA SECURE
We will use technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data
and we store your data on secure servers. Technical and organisational
measures include measures to deal with any suspected data breach. If you
suspect any misuse or loss or unauthorised access to your data, please
let us know immediately by contacting us via e-mail, social media or
telephone (see “Contact Us” section).
13. RETENTION OF
PERSONAL DATA
Bettamint retains personal data for as long as necessary to provide the
access to and use of the mobile application and website, or for other
essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations,
resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements. Because these needs can
vary for different data types and purposes, actual retention periods can
vary significantly. Even if we delete your Data, it may persist on
backup or archival media for audit, legal, tax or regulatory purposes.
We retain account records for six years after expiration or termination
of your account. We retain information submitted through the site and
the other websites we operate for two years following account closure or
contact with you, as applicable. When you consent to receive marketing
communications, we will keep your data until you unsubscribe. To
determine the appropriate retention period for your personal data, we
consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the
purposes for which we process your personal data, applicable legal
requirements or operational retention needs, and whether we can achieve
those purposes through other means.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period we will securely destroy
