Thilak Yathiraj leverages 22 years in investment banking and private wealth to expand the company’s reach within India's large enterprise construction sector. With expertise in UHNW and family office management, he brings deep knowledge in investment strategy and treasury management. Beyond Bettamint, Thilak oversees his family’s coffee estate and advises Indian SaaS ventures in sustainable energy, construction, and agriculture, reflecting his commitment to sustainable growth and innovation across industries.

Sunil brings nearly two decades of expertise at the intersection of people, strategy, and culture. He currently leads People & Culture at Mindtickle and built Cognisen, an advisory firm focused on organizational strategy and culture. Previously, Sunil was the global Chief People Officer at Gojek and held pivotal roles at Google and Amazon. He has also served as an advisor to the Group CEO at GOTO Group, a commissioner for Electrum, and a venture advisor at Argor.
